Now you know the basics, you just have to follow the steps above to create your self hosted survey. As you can see, LimeSurvey is quite powerful. From here, you can add options or conditions on a particular question. This can be done by clicking on the image next to the warning message. Depending on the question type, you may have to add attributes to the question. Once you filled out all the required fields, press "Save Question" to save the survey.
